Trevor James AlphaSax Gold Lacquer

The Alpha sax from Trevor James is a new look at student learning that takes you all the way up to grade 4. This sax has been redesiged for an extra lightweight feel and easier fingerings resulting in the Alpha being 33% lighter than a traditional sax. The key and mechanism changes are as follows;

The left hand palm keys for top D#, E and F have been removed.
The top D key has been adjusted to fit small hands.
The low B & Bb keys have been removed.
Redesigned G# and low C# keys are now easier to reach.
The right hand side F# keys and side C and E keys have been removed.
Redesigned low Eb and C keys are now easier to reach.
The Alphasax retains a fully chromatic range from low C to high D.
Bb bis and side Bb keys are retained.

On top of the new design it also includes a redesigned case that's also lighter than most cases on the market today making the total package weight only 3.34kg! The Alpha also comes with a BG harness strap, mouthpiece, cap, single screw ligature and Vandoren reed.
